Fernando M. Garcia
Fernando M. Garcia is an attorney with Herr Pedersen & Berglund LLP. Fernando has been with the firm since 2014, gaining experience in many aspects of the law as a Paralegal, Certified Law Student, and Law Clerk. Fernando worked full-time with the firm while attending law school. In February 2022, Fernando received his license to practice law. Fernando has experience in civil litigation, public entity defense, business litigation, personal injury, employment, and landlord/tenant. Fernando’s experience includes handling document intensive matters, both physical and e-discovery both during the discovery phase and trial.

Fernando Garcia received his Associates of the Arts degree from Porterville College in 2010 where he graduated with the Medal of Distinction in English. Thereafter, Fernando transferred and received his Bachelors of the Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 2012. Fernando graduated from San Joaquin College of Law in May 2021 with Distinction and ranked 6th in his class. While at San Joaquin College of Law, Fernando earned the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Legal Methods I, Legal Methods II, Criminal Law, and Pre-Trial Civil Litigation.
